Amazing house with an outstanding host. Property was ideal for our group visit to the WWI battlefields, very clean and comfortable, everything we needed was provided. Great communication from our host who was brilliant and reacted very quickly to any queries. Would definitely visit again and recommend to friends and family.

The driving access and onsite parking are a big plus. The breakfast is one of the nicest we've experienced with cook-to-order eggs. Wow, what a fantastic place to stay. The rooms were amazing as was the welcome & breakfast. Location is quiet with lovely views. There are a couple of great Belgium style bars within walking distance as well as a small brewery with bar & limited food in Roesbrugge. If you like cycling as we, do it is perfect, easy to get to Veurne, Diksmuide, the coast or Poperinge, Ieper or the 'Flemish Alps'. Can't wait to return.

This place was fantastic. It was a one-night stay for us on our way back to Germany but also a staging point for our appointment to pick up beer from Sint Sixtus Monastery the next morning. The room was nice and beds comfortable. The location was in the Belgian countryside not very far from Ypres and Westvleteren. Breakfast was made by Ria, host of this B&B. She is very accommodating and, if you give her advanced notice, she can work around dietary restrictions like gluten allergies. I wish we had stayed longer.
