The treatment and care that I had experienced with EZ Suites was outstanding. I arrived late at night and I was offered a taxi which will fetch me from the airport with a reasonable price. During my stay, the communication was beyond what I expected and the owner really made sure I have everything I needed. This place is at the center of the city and surrounded by malls and restaurants, not to mention how near it is to the airport. Highly recommended.

EVERYTHING. Complementary Pick up and Drop off to the airport... and to most of the atraction for free! For sure it is a big big plus to decide to stay here. Rooms are clean, new, and everything was perfect. All people working there was friendly and helpful. Internet was perfect. Location is really close to the center (In case you need to walk, as you have the complementary service). they will do their best to help you. Also, Boy, the drive is a really really friendly person. Smily all time, good sense of humor and made all the experience much much better. We were sad to say him bye, hope we can meet really soon :) I would recommend this place. I cannot imagine other place to stay in Brunei

The location was great and the new minimalist design is very much to my liking. But most of all I compliment the manager Mr. Goh and his staff who went more than the extra mile to ensure that I was comfortable and at home. They also responded to my suggestions for improvement immediately which was very impressive. Thank you !
