The location was good. Gated community gave security. The apartment had a laundry machine, which was a big bonus. The host was very responsive & kind! We stayed only for one night so we did not have time to check out the swimming pool etc.

Super cheap and solid for the price. Not sure why this is rated 9.5 though...maybe for price to performance sure but overall I'd say a 6 is fair. Plenty of plug sockets near the bed. Staff attempted to help with Google translate.

We had a lovely welcome with drinks being served. There was a survey after the first day and the one small thing raised was addressed the same day. The facilities are better than the photos (suggest to retake them to match the reality!), lovely pools, hammocks, green space and games space and beautiful decor throughout. Great to have massage on site and lovely beach just across the road. Lovely breakfast with different options every day and other meals available to order throughout the day. Good tourist service to other locations. Great room service with daily biscuits on the bed, high quality toiletries and gift bag when leaving. All these little details made the difference. Highly recommended.
