    As this is not managed by the hotel, you don't get the same perks but still worth it if you are traveling alone. The host was responsive, which helped! You can buy breakfast at the hotel, totally worth it. Location is perfect if you need to be around Paulista Avenue. Valet parking paid by day is not too bad considering the area.

    Here it goes the list of what I think is good: - The building offers a free parking lot, super helpful if your have a car - Localization is almost perfect with various supermarkets and a mall really close - The staff is charming - There is a fully functional kitchen which is really helpful if you do not want to live eating restaurant food - the microwave is really helpful
