My husband and I feel so grateful for our recent two-night, adults-only getaway at the beautiful Prana Maya Island Resort in Placencia, Belize. Kat and Dirk have put so much care and love into creating a home away from home for their guests. The casita is incredibly comfortable and close to everything you might want to see or do in Placencia. We were so grateful for all the recommendations, as well as the generous use of their golf cart and paddle boards. On our last day, Kat and Dirk brought us and all our baggage to the bus stop, and made sure we had everything we needed to get back to Belize City without issue. Their hospitality made our visit to Placencia a stand-out part of our Belize vacation, and I cannot recommend their property enough.

    Incredible location, beautiful views from every room, huge suite and balcony, very friendly host and staff, easy to communicate with host, lovely continental breakfast on the beautiful rooftop, hammocks, comfortable chaise chairs on the beach, excellent location in the centre of Placencia, air conditioning works great, quiet area, very comfortable beds, secure parking. Everything was a dream!
