Great place, facilities are amazing, staff are helpful. They have a bus pass you can use and also let us borrow bear spray. It was easy to get around with the bus pass. Kitchen is great, storage space in there is good. Lockers in rooms and you can leave your stuff if you're still exploring. Bathroom was good and spacious. Was great, best hostel I've ever stayed in.

    The staff were extremely nice and accommodating. Arrived early, was unable to have early check-in, but was able to park the car in the parking lot and explore the Town until check in. Rooms were spacious, and staff were quick to bring additional pillows/towels to the room as requested.

    Room was big, clean and bed was really comfortable. The shower and the products they provide are locally sourced and really good quality. The location is great with a very short walk into the main town. There was sufficient free parking in a secure underground car park. The hot tub and sauna was nice to use in the afternoon after a long day hiking. The balcony with mountain views was a nice touch.

    Location great. Walk to everywhere in Banff from the unit. Beds very comfy. Underground parking if you have a sedan otherwise off street parking at back of units. Price is what you would expect in Banff. Getting the key from next door is not an issue. It is two sets of units controlled by one office.

    The bed was huge and comfortable The balcony was really nice. The jacuzzi was very good and helped us unwind after a long day of hiking. The underground parking lot was a big plus in the cold.
