The breakfast provided was a continental style for 2 people that was delivered to your door at 8 am (Yogurt & Granola, Orange, Coffee, Cheese & a Muffin). The property is close to all major amenities and has private parking. The staff were there to help us check in and provided us with a key to the room and property where we could then come and go at our leisure. No notice not to drink the water. The house stairs and floors squeak so you could hear the people above you. If you are a light sleeper this place is not for you. Breakfast was ok.
