The Refuge is in a lovely peaceful location with beautiful views across the St Lawrence. There’s a deck out front to relax and enjoy the views and listen to the rushing stream nearby. There’s also a fully enclosed BBQ area which is great in the evenings to avoid insect attacks. The kitchen is well stocked with crockery and cutlery plus a decent range of cooking appliances. Jacques was lovely and gave us a very warm welcome and a very thorough run through of all the property’s features.

We where really taken away with this cute and modern but still very "chalet feel"of this place. The owner is super friendly, and very welcoming. The chalet has a great view, and I love the privacy. Easy accessible, I book it anytime again! : )

Exceptional friendly welcome. We enjoyed dining in the restaurant the evening we arrived and the breakfast served in the restaurant the morning before we left. Lovely calm location with lots of charm.
