We did very much enjoy this hotel! It was clean and very comfortable. All of the staff were very greeting but especially the man at the reception! He informed us about the farmers market, made sure we got parking and showed us where to find utensils.

We loved everything about this property. The staff were lovely, the room was perfect and very clean and there's a restaurant and a cafe downstairs we used for very reasonably priced dinner & breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel.

Definitely the best place to stay in Cranbrook. Comfier than any of the “nice” hotels I’ve stayed at. Probably cleaner too… Always quiet. 10/10.

There are friendly staff, clean rooms, a large parking lot, and coin laundry, so you can break your clothes during your trip. It was very nice to be able to wash and wear it.
