This is a beautiful hotel with incredible staff. Every employee we encountered was friendly and helpful every step of the way. All. The house is pretty. We booked the room with private washroom, it is big. Even it has microwave and freeze. It has a good wi-fi conecttion and tv, the bed is very confortable. But the best is the Host Pier. He is very kind, he recommended us a lot of place to visit, and told us many thing about ottawa and canada in general... he is amazing and he prepare the delicius and very complete breakfast...

    The staff were amazing, they gave our kids freezies at check in due to it being so hot and set our 2 rooms up to be joined. The Breakfast was incredible. The staff also helped to ensure we were able to find secure parking nearby for our oversized vehicle.

    The whole hotel is clean, quiet, comfortable and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and kept being replenished frequently. The lift is in full working order. Easy parking. Limited underground parking but public car park next door. The room cleaned and refreshed daily. Near to the town, US Embassy, Canadian Parliament and Byward market, National Museum and other galleries. An historic town.

    Keypad entry all went well, even from the underground parking lot. Room with kitchen was perfect. I prefer no maid service, so this suited me, everything worked, all the appliances, etc. Good location, even for going down to parliament. Elevator was always quick. App explained things in detail, had to look up how to turn the heat down and it was all there in the app with good instructions.

    Healthy breakfast with a wide variety of food, desserts, drinks and fruits. I do love its underground parking lot with super high security, as only the clients can use their room card to open the garage door and then drive underneath to park the car!

    The room was nice, spacious and comfortable. It was serviced daily which was appreciated. The location is away from (but close enough to walk to) the main touristy area which was a definite bonus for us. The staff were very helpful indeed and seemed genuinely pleased to assist. The valet parking was a bit pricey – but the car was returned promptly and without any problem. So a plus again rather than having to park in an open public parking lot.

    Enjoyed the beds and pillows. But horrible parking set up. The cost is too much and then I almost got ticketed by city for parking where the hotel tells us to park for valet. She demanded I move my car asap. Staff told me not too as they will send out the driver. It was stressful :( and all along they don't tell you it's free parking across the street on weekends. So most likely will never return to Sheraton.
