It was clean and the furniture was comfortable and beautiful! The AC was a little chilly but there was a fire place and cozy blankets to curl up with. The host was very friendly and even left muffins, coffee, snacks, yogurt, and pop for us.

This property exceeded all my expectations and is easily one of the best in the area. The space is impeccably clean and comes fully equipped with everything you could need. The landlord is genuinely one of the kindest people I’ve ever met. Despite being a basement unit, it was incredibly quiet—I didn’t hear a single sound. The place is beautifully maintained, and I was tempted to lease it right away. It features brand-new appliances, including a washer and dryer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a brand-new stove and fridge, and a newly renovated shower. The cleanliness was outstanding—I felt compelled to leave it spotless. On top of that, there’s free parking, which is such a great bonus. The TV and bed were also incredibly comfortable, adding to the overall experience. This is truly a gem of a property that I can’t recommend enough!
