We liked everything! The area is beautiful. The rooms were clean and well appointed. There is an osprey nest outside which we could see from our window. That was amazing! It was a great place to use as our base for excursions. The staff was helpful and friendly. Blueberry muffins in the morning - what a treat!

We arrived a few days after Hurricane Fiona. We kept in touch with the owner prior to arrival and he kept us fully up to date on the situation and the clean up and power restoration, business re-openings, etc. We decided to go ahead with the visit and it was excellent. Our cottage was comfortable, clean and well located to access sights and facilities. The owner was great at making suggestions for restaurants , sights, golf, etc. and went to great efforts to check out places that were open or closed even though he was very busy dealing with post hurricane issues. We were delighted with the overall experience given the unfortunate and difficult circumstances.

    Location of the facility is close to the shopping and restaurants. Very quiet location with nice view of the surrounding areas. Nice pool area and parking is available right next to your cabin which is very convenient for unloading and packing up the luggage. We required an oyster shucker and the host was quick to source and provide for us, much appreciated.
