Staff courteous and exceptionally helpful -- willingly prepared take-away breakfast since I had to leave very early in the morning. Thirty seconds from Balerna train station but rooms are quiet since they are on side of hotel facing away from station. Rooms and bathrooms super clean. Splendid terrace for drinks or meals. Excellent price-quality relation. Am staying there again next month.

The check-in procedure was very straightforward: I had to pay the city tax through a link that they provided and received the check-in instructions right away. The location is reachable either by the Balerna train station or the numerous bus stations nearby, and getting the keys was very easy. The apartment is clean, spacious, and everything was perfect, except for the upstairs neighbors who made a lot of noise during all the time of our stay (so not directly linked to the apartment or the hosts themselves). The washing machine and the dryer are located in the basement, and the apartment has all the other important amenities, including a reliable coffee machine (very grateful for it).

What a surprise! This was a large, quiet, very clean room which was stocked with a delicious breakfast and located in a small village on the edge of town, halfway between Lugano and Como. It was perfect for me. But the real surprise was the restaurant downstairs - it was delicious, and the service was great. I highly recommend a stay and I hope to come back again soon.

A room in a very lovely house. Right next to mountain and facing to the lake. You can enjoy both lake and mountain views from your balcony. Has a parking lot in front of the house. Tenant was very friendly. Breakfast was great. She asked us what we prefer for breakfast and that was very nice of her. It is a very quite place so you get a good sleep.

    We used this hotel for an overnight stay during our trip to Italy. It is conveniently located near the highway with free parking right by the entrance, which was perfectly in line with our goals. The room was good enough for our family of 4. The breakfast was also nice.
