Great location. Beautiful surroundings and view. Staff was great. Restaurant onsite is good but pricey. In general on our trip trough Switzerland the dinners were not memorable and cost significantly more than New York City.

Mountain location; quietness except for the lovely cow bells; well-appointed apartment; easy access to the apartment from the car (parked right out front); no stairs to climb; 20 minute drive to Lucerne; lovely clean apartment with a great kitchen. Silvya is a very nice person, very helpful and has a lot of tips for you. The b&b is a 10 minute walk from Mattenhof station, which gives you an 8 minute train ride to Luzern. The b&b is clean, nice, anything you need, a simple but good breakfast. Silvya is very talkative and always asks about your day and if you need anything. You also get your own key to the frontdoor.

Very welcoming and helpful staff. I would especially like to mention the following hotel employees: Lawrence, Julietta, Fabio, Bogdan and Adi. Magnificent view from the room to the lake. The room is comfortable. An unforgettable magic experience of visiting a Japanese restaurant Minamo with a chef Yutaka Kobayashi. Every dish was like a piece of art. Definitely come back again and will recommend to the friends.
