Great location and views. Very caring hosts who were easily reachable. Well equipped apartment and kitchen with all required amenities. Covered garage parking was a plus especially in winter. Cosy and comfortable beds and furniture. Extremely clean and well-maintained.

It is situated up in a quaint and tranquil town. I love the fact that though the restaurant was closing, the staff ran back to tell me that the chef could take my lunch order. Alexandria, the waitress did not rush me to finish my meal too. I was famished. So that was remarkably a plus point and truly very much appreciated. The male staff who asked the chef, the chef himself, Alexandria and the staff who picked me up from the bus drop off point, thank you. The gym, steam bath and pool were spotlessly clean. There is free transportation if you are carrying luggages from the bus drop off point and back. The breakfast spread was delightful. It is a lovely walk down to the bus point. An excellent place of you are looking for a quiet time to love yourself. Safe for female solo travelers. The view to the lake was amazing.

    The apartment Dorfklatsch Ferienwohnung is an exceptionally Excellent apartment with more than enough amenities. The location is on a hill and offers lovely sights while driving down. The apartment is very lovely and cozy. It is very spacious. Enough for a family of 6 to 8 people. It has a free parking facility. I highly recommend this place.

    Good sized apartment for 5 people with a lovely view and nice balcony. Good sized bedrooms. Elisabeth the host was very welcoming and helpful. Well located for Lucerne and surrounding activities. Nice to have parking right outside and to have cable TV with English channels for the quiet evenings. Comfortable beds though pillows were a bit squishy. Good Italian restaurant within walking distance and a small supermarket too.

    Our family of 4 (2 adults, 12 yr old and 10 yr old) had a wonderful time here in Emmetten. The balcony is huge, the underground parking was very handy, the shower pressure is great and the views around the area are spectacular. Thanks for having us Rene!

    Location is great for seeing the area. Very close to convince shop. Parking is very easy and free. Pool, gym and sauna at the property that is very clean and quiet.

    The location and the view from the balcony was excellent. There is a common washer and drying roonm on site, which is very good, but a bit complicated. This was explained by the Elisabeth, the manager very well. Parking is complimentary on site. One needs to be aware that a 300 Euro deposit is taken on checking in.

    ENGEL Hotel It is definitely one of the most well structured hospitality facilities in the area !!! Privet renovated rooms, excellent privet bathroom, very clean, the staff is of hi level of courtesy and professionalism. Safety is everywhere, the staff is of high level of trust. The hotel restaurant is also very good, with good wine, excellent local food as well international cuisine. Breakfast is also very complete, offering a full range of very high quality food. Italian Coffee is also amazing!! There is FREE Parking for Hotel guests.
