This BnB is sensational, we booked as we wanted to stay close to climb Mt Rigi and we are glad we did. You immediately are welcomed by the lovely owner Erika, who takes pride in the Villa and wants to make it a truely wonderful experience. Erika gave us the local suggestions and an personalised itinerary for the three days we stayed in Goldau. Without her suggestions we would’ve missed, Brunnen and Lake Lauerz which are both close by. The house is also magnificent, over a 100 years old and a real treat. I would highly recommend a stay here and if you do, give yourself 4 days at least to explore the area. With the easy connections from Arth-Goldau (train station, 5 minute walk away), the surrounding regions are all very accessible. There is a lot history to the town and Villa itself and we were quite charmed by the church bells nearby. Thank you Erika for a wonderful stay!

Very nice location, close to the main road. The room was very clean. Easy to get in with the self check in. Has all the facilities in order to prepare a meal if you wish. Good value for money. Convenient and safe parking and was nice that you have direct access to the residential area through the elevator, the parking is charged separately and you have to make the payment through a mobile application.

Unexpectedly good hotel (for this price in Switzerland) with an amazing wellness area right on the lake Luzern. Breakfast is great. Rooms are a bit small, but very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay there and even decided to come back few nights later. Charger for e-cars for a very good price (two stations at the parking lot).

Mario gave us extremely warm welcome when we checkin, and the thorough experience of our stay was so beyond expectation： Our room was next to the room where President Bush stayed. It had a big window facing the lake which allowed us to oberserve the double rainbow appeared in the early morning. Strongly recommend everyone who comes to Brunnen to stay here, especially the lake side room.

A very lovely and cozy hotel with a warm, homely atmosphere. Our room was comfortable, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed. Check-in was smooth and easy — we arrived very late, but the hotel staff had everything prepared for us: a parking spot was reserved, the key was left for us, and we were given clear instructions on where to find it. The staff were all very kind and polite. We truly felt welcome and comfortable here, and would happily come back!

The breakfast was a la carte, and very quick. The surprise call when we were boarding the ferry to inform of the complimentary pick up was wonderful, (I'd somehow missed this option). The walk up through the forest behind the hotel was lovely. Most importantly the room, hotel and spa facilities were incredible.

The property is set in a stunning area. Whilst Switzerland in general is extremely picturesque, you cannot beat the views which are on your door stop. You are set on Lake Zug with views of the surrounding mountains. Whilst slightly off the beaten track it is easy accessible with the train station a short 5 minute walk away with good connections. Not that you’d know because you don’t hear the trains! You can swim in the pool or take a swim in the lake or even better… paddle boarding! The outdoor area is well decorated with the sun setting down throughout the day. The property itself is designed for couples but is well designed, clean and modern. The host is happy to be contacted throughout the stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again despite being on the pricier side which I think is currently a fair value.

    Great location in an old villa. A lot of space for 2 people. Great host with exceptional local knowledge and tips. Very close to the Riga and Goldau train station and the Goldau Zoo. Free parking nearby.

    We enjoyed everything in the studio. Everything look like brand new inside. The self check in is amazing since we arrived late at the hotel. The view to the mountains was amazing..few spots in the parking , there is a gym in the same hotel building... etc all in all I gave 10

    I was a little concerned about the contactless check in, but everything went well. There was free WiFi available so travelers from outside the EU without sim cards could get into their rooms. There was plenty of parking available. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

    Very new, super easy check-in and out, convenient parking, everything working, even a small kitchenette for breakfast etc. We liked the large room with plenty of beds for the kids. we did not use it but there is a large and modern gym on the ground floor. direct access from parking garage to the rooms.
