The location is absolutely stunning with beautiful lake and mountain views. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. 1. Extremely clean, beautifully done apartment 2. The view is wonderful 3. They have a little private garden by the lake with chairs 4. The luna apartment on the first floor may get a bit noisy with traffic but has a long balcony that makes up for it. 5 the bathroom is huge when compared to what you see in zurich/Lucerne 6. Melide cantine station is less than 2 min walk from the apartment 7. They keep bus time tables and tourist guides at the entrance which is very helpful. 8. Car parking availabile And not to mention paola who is always available to help with any query.

I like everything here and plan to come back with my husband in April next year. The location is very good within five minutes walking from the train station to the hotel. Very easy to walk to any where as the hotel location is in the city center. Walking to the Lugano lake is about five minutes. Breakfast was good quality and variety. All staff i contact with were so friendly.

    Excellent hotel quality and you feel instantly at home. All staff are amazingly helpful and many thanks to Lucy, Carlotta and Augustina, plus the hotel manger who very kindly took us to the local railway station. Exceptional customer service and we are already staying again in apr24. Rooms and lovely and airy with very comfortable bed and pillows. Strong wifi. Breakfast plentiful! Free parking on site too which is a bonus. Many thanks as always!
