Loved everything about it. Location, decor, etc. Very well equipped too! Most importantly, the staff were very kind! I had to travel to another city and return to Geneva to pick up my bags after checking out and they were kind to let me keep my bags with them till I got back. When I got back days later exhausted for a night flight, they were kind to offer me coffee and snacks at the public lounge before leaving. Very automated but so user friendly and very safe too!

Upon arrival the room was not ready as scheduled. I met the sales manager Ms. Isabella and the room was upgraded to a suite and a drink and lunch were provided as a courtesy of the hotel.     Great experience. The location is very nice, surrounded by trees and wine yards, very beautiful view on the Rhône river. The hotel is surrounded by gardens, terraces, green spaces, there are flowers everywhere. The main building is surrounded by smaller ones and alleys, which means guests do not run into each other. There was plenty of space in the room and in the bathroom. A cake, biscuits and drinks were offered in the room. Great breakfast. Free parking just in front of the hotel. The staff is exceptionally helpful. Pets welcome.
