The hotel is very conveniently located, right across the Randa sbb railway station, so just two stops from Zermatt. Marco, the owner is really helpful. I appreciate that he came to receive us at the station with a friendly smile. The hotel was overbooked, so he managed our stay at another very nice hotel nearby. Overall we had a great & comfortable stay in Zermatt.

We had a great stay – the accommodation was excellent value for money and had everything we needed. The apartment was super nice, comfortable, and we enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was well equiped. We appreciated also the host, who was very nice.The view to the village and the valley is also wonderful, especially in winter. The apartment is in a quiet location, but also close to train station, just a few minutes walk.

This place has everything that a winter hotel needs to have. Great spa, cozy lounge, nice view of the landscape, kind staff.. Location is good, just 5 mins away from the train station which is important after a long ski day. Heated outdoor pool offers great relaxing in cold winter days. Im looking forward to come back

Very nice place: good location, large rooms, cleanliness. The kitchen has a lot of things (including coffee) that can be useful for preparing breakfast or dinner. The owner is very polite, reliable and kind. In fact, I am in great admiration of the place and I got a lot of pleasure from staying there. Thank you, especially to the owner for your attention and care! I recommend it to others and I will definitely stay there next time! Thank you!

    Fabulous location if you're looking to go to Zermatt, Marco the host was very helpful and friendly and organised a taxi to Zermatt for us at lower cost than train and very kindly let us leave our car in his car park the following day.
