The hotel seems brand new, parking spots can be reserved before arrival. Staff is super friendly. Rooms are big, family room consists of a single room with its own bathroom and a double room with its own bathroom as well. Beds are super comfortable and everything is new and functional. Rooms are towards the main street, but not too much traffic during the night. Breakfast was great as well as dinner. Short walk to the train station to go to Zermatt. They have a partner hotel in Zermatt and the guests are allowed to use the SPA facilities there as well.

The location was excellent because it is very close to the train station. 2 minutes at most. We were a group of 4 people so we requested a room accordingly so we could fit in. The room was very spacious and comfy, not to mention the view and the privacy for the bathroom, which is also quite large. We did not have opportunity to have breakfast because we departed early, but the dining room looked nice.

We had a comfortable stay at this location for 2 days. The location was perfect as it is just 20mins from Zermatt by train and just a minute’s walk from Randa train station. The rooms and facilities were excellent. The owner and staff were very helpful. I would definitely recommend this to my friends.

The apartment was clean and sufficiently well furnished. The location allowed us to walk to any of our planned tourist destinations in about 20 minutes.     No Words! Extremely beautiful and luxurious ski resort! Very luxurious setup & huge rooms! The staff is super friendly. Breakfast is super good, room facilities are super good. And there SPA is wow! Also, they give free car parking at Tash and a free station to hotel return taxis! Go for this without thinking! Also local free bus stops at 50m from Hotel! Groceries store is just 100m from the Hotel ! Their spa to mountain view is also amazing !
