Had an issue with lights in my room; they attempted to fix right away but meantime offered an upgrade to a very nice suite. This is how Customer service should be.... Location was good and hotel was very clean with a underground garage that actually had space for multiple cars.... not like some other places that advertise parking but then send you to a public parking lot 200meter away.
