Pool area with honesty bar and chill out is a beautiful oase to enjoy the Chilean weather The owner, Javier, is a great host and around for some great recommendations (Viña Close Apalta) or any help finding transportation The cabins are modern and functionally built. I cannot rate this place highly enough. It is absolutely beautiful and the hosts are so accommodating and helpful. This is one of the most beautiful locations I've ever stayed, with wonderful views of the vineyard day and night! I would highly recommend staying here.

THE STAFF WERE SO AMAZING AT THIS HOTEL. All of the staff made my family and i feel so welcomed, comfortable and overall cared for. It felt like they were family or old friends that we had known for years and they did absolutely everything they could to help us all while being super warm and kind. The facilities were also great, the kids loved the pool and sports area, and the breakfast every morning was always super delicious! I would like to thank the staff Hugo, Sully, Carlito and Alberto for the exceptional service they provided us during our stay. We cannot wait to come back and stay at the Grand Cru Boutique again, we would choose this place over anywhere else!

The property was perfectly secluded with great views of the Andes. We were able to use uber to get to all the vineyards we desired while still being able to feel secluded. The view from the hot tub was amazing and the team working there got the perfect balance between making us feel welcome and supported and also giving us space to rest and relax. Love this place definitely the place to stay in Santa Cruz!

This was by far the best hostel that we have ever stayed in. Our host and owner, Juan Pablo was very accomodating, helpful and kind. We felt very relaxed and comfortable and had access to all the facilities during our stay. The room was very clean and quiet, the decor was beautiful and the included Netflix on TV made it feel like home. We enjoyed the flexible self-service breakfast concept, where you can cook your own eggs on the stove and help yourself to what was available in the fridge (yoghurt, cheese, juice etc.) thank you Juan Pablo! 10/10!
