The hostel is excellent, very clean and comfortable, and in a great location - right on the water, with beautiful views, and less than 10 minutes from the bus station. The kitchen is very big and well equipped for guests, with spices, tea/coffee, etc. and shared spaces are kept very clean and welcoming. Our bedroom was very comfortable. Sandro is incredibly welcoming and goes above and beyond to give advice on restaurants, buses and also detailed suggestions for day trips, including Google map routes which we found super helpful and filled our four days on Chiloé Island! We highly recommend this hostel!

Beautiful accommodation with heart and soul in a very nice environment. Pamela was an exceptional guest, very friendly, caring and willing to help anytime. This was one of our favorite places in our travels so far. We loved the space and the accommodation. Our kids were able to play soccer with other kids in the yard and we cooked dinner at the table one night. It was fun to run out and jump in the lake and a nice location to visit the national park. A nice family runs it and is available if needed.

Wow. It is definitely the most comfortable bed i’ve ever slept at a hotel room for the last couple of years. Patricio was very attentive, he gave great tips about Chiloe and what to do, where to go. The breakfast served to bed was also a nice gesture.
