Very nice staff, always ready to help foreign visitors despite the language barrier. Very clean, very safe. Spectacular breakfast, everything was tasty. Also the location is great, there's a small retail store to the side, a bank, a tea shop and several places where you can eat.

We liked the selection of fresh fruits and vegetables at the breakfast buffet. We also enjoyed the take out breakfast boxes on our excursion day. The staff were friendly. During peak hours, there was a queue for coffee. Would love to see more local Beijing breakfast items on offer at the breakfast buffet.

The hotel is very clean and the services was beyond our expectations. The hotel staff is very helpful and nice. They helped us with everything we needed from apps and recommendations to giving us umbrellas on rainy days. I would like to note in particular Rain and Kim, that made us feel like part of the family. I strongly recommend this hotel.

This is one of my best stays in any hotels. I came to this hotel with my kids and it was very family friendly hotel. They had shampoo for kids, slippers for kids and much more. The hotel is excellent in communicating with us thoughout our stays. Even we lost one dress and they communicating with us. The hotel is connected with China World Mall. I highly recommend this hotel.
