The hospitality provided by all the staff was amazing, particularly from the energetic Mr. Joye, who happily arranged all our transportation, responded to all my inquiries, and even prepared breakfast for our tour. Additionally, I greatly appreciated the location of our stay, which had a cozy atmosphere and was situated in a fantastic spot. Unlike other accommodations I had in the old town of Lijiang, it wasn't as crowded or noisy.

The experience of this stay was really great! We were very satisfied with the hotel's service from check-in to check-out. The room is spacious and bright, with complete facilities, especially the design of the bathroom is very user-friendly. The hotel's location is also very advantageous, with convenient transportation and numerous surrounding attractions. It was also very enjoyable to dine at the restaurant near the hotel in the evening, with a variety of delicious dishes. Next time I come to Lijiang, I will definitely choose to stay at this hotel again

We enjoyed our stay at Lijiang. The hotel is at good location because it’s close to the main road and walkable to the ancient city. The staff is friendly and supportive. He replied me very quick. Highly recommend for the guests from overseas. There are 5-6 student volunteers who speaks English well and assist each guest in detail. The manager Joye and the volunteer Kyrie specially gave me a lot of suggestions based on my preferences and arrange all the reservations for me. All the staff are really friendly and have great hospitality. I bet you will never regret staying here.

Beautiful hotel, just by the plantations and close to the river. The rooms keeps is traditional style but with modern comfort. Also, food is delicious! Local and authentic Singaporean flavours on the table. The staff and owner are very friendly, we would stay here again.

In general, we like the warm and comfortable atmosphere of Muya, as well as the friendliness and hospitality of the owners and staff. I can definitely give it a perfect score. The warm hospitality of the staff and the comfortable environment of the inn made our stay unforgettable. The innkeeper was very friendly and hospitable. Ask him for activity suggestions, and he will reply in a timely manner. The staff also maintained the cleanliness and warmth of the room. Homemade breakfast is very rich and delicious. The courtyard is really a highlight for viewing the scenery of the ancient city of Lijiang. The toilet even has a heating function, so you don't have to worry about freezing when you go to the bathroom. In the ancient city of Lijiang, you don't have to worry about dragging your luggage, the host will find a tricycle driver to help you move your luggage! We love this place! I will definitely come back if I can.

The homestay enjoys a prime location, near the South Gate of Shuhe Ancient Town, with convenient transportation and a beautiful surrounding environment. The room environment is exactly to my liking, and it offers extremely high - cost performance. Both the service and facilities exceeded my expectations. The housekeeper warmly entertained us, was responsive to all requests and answered all questions, making us feel at home. There is a private parking lot, free charging piles, and a laundry room. There is an elevator on all four floors. The young men and women at the inn greet us warmly when we enter and leave, and they help us make travel plans to avoid tourist traps. The environment of the store is simply breathtaking. The stay experience was wonderful, and I highly recommend it!

    I didn't expect this price and quality to surprise me. It's really nice. We booked a duplex room because some children were afraid of noise. The next day, we renewed the room and switched to a king size room. The store upgraded the room very well and we were very satisfied with the first experience. It's really a great place to relax. In the future, there is a parking space right at the entrance that is very convenient and comfortable from the moment we enter. The environment was given 5 points!

    The location is not bad, you can see the ancient city, but there are too few parking spaces. Finally, I parked in a toll booth on the roadside. The boss said that the license plates from other places are not a problem, so I just parked there. I came too late that night and didn't have a large bed room. I changed to a suite, which was quite large. When I opened the door, I was stunned. The next day, I continued to stay and changed to a viewing room, which was very good

    We stayed at Bivou for 3 nights at December. Position was perfect. Car parking 300 m. Room floor heated. Restaurant and breakfast superb. Hotel staff was nice and helpful.
