this was my second time at this great hotel traveling on business to Jinan . amazing staff and clean .very warm welcome and a personal welcome from the general manager who went above and beyond , even arranging contact with sister hotel in Beijing for our onward travel . We only stayed for one night during our travel to Qufu. The hotel was chosen due to its proximity to the railway station as we had an early train out, so early that we did not have breakfast. Easy check-in and check-out, very friendly staff. Clean and quiet rooms.

I had an incredible experience at this hotel, truly deserving of a 5-star rating. Housekeeping ensured my room was always clean and comfortable. The reception staff was always available and helpful, day or night. Breakfast was delicious, and the location was perfect for exploring. Highly recommend! I will be back!!🙂👍👌

    Very friendly staff at the front desk when me and my friend arrived in the early morning around 01:30. The most impressive thing was that one gentleman guided us to the underground car park to get our car out , because the night before there was a power outrage. Much appreciated.
