The room was new, tidy and clean. The staff members were very polite and helpful. The location was great and a very nice mall and the a lot of restaurants were in walking distance. Best of all was the free upgrade to the room with balcony. It offered great views there.

While it's true that most of the staff members don't speak English fluently, I was delighted to find that they seamlessly utilized translation apps to bridge any language barriers. Additionally, I would like to commend Manager Sheron for her outstanding service and assistance throughout my stay. Her guidance on exploring Foshan and her willingness to go above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction truly exemplify the high standards upheld by your establishment. Unlike many others, Sheron stood out for her fluency in English. Her proficiency greatly facilitated communication and enhanced the overall guest experience. Adjacent to the hotel lies a bustling shopping mall, offering a plethora of dining options ranging from affordable eateries to upscale restaurants, catering to diverse palates.
