The location is good , not far from Zhangjiajie National forest park, 10 minutes by DIDI. service was amazing. The room was quite large and very clean and tidy with good view .The kindness of the staffs, helped me to arrange pick up service, advice us how to visit the park , Also the shuttle to the national park. Great location,close to park entrance. It is a brand new hotel with nice view and pool. The room was very comfortable and bed was soft. The warm smiles from staff, they offer shutter service to east gate from hotel and book all the entrance tickets that we need. The little touches made my stay incredibly special. Perfect stay and highly recommend to everyone who want to explore Avatar Park.

The room, the pillows and best of all its walking distance to the gate of the national forest park! There is a lot of food downstairs or I can say, everywhere! The host are awesome and after u check in, they will automatically guide + plan for u how to enjoy urself based on the numbers of days u will stay. They even help u book all the tickets to the places u want to go even after u check out. If in between, u got lost or unsure, feel free to contact them and they will help u. Definitely the place I will want to return should I visit again. During check in, they even gave me fruits and on my last day, they gift me small bottles of China white wine as present!

Very friendly, kind, and helpful manager. Ms. Rebecca, booked us the entrance ticket for national park without any additional fee, planned the attractions for us on the map and also delivered us to the park entrance for free. It was the great plan and she made the best experience for us at this city. Afrer coming back so hungry in the afternoon, she served a hot food. Delicious breakfast that you can choose from the menu in advance. About the room, it was so clean, and have every things that you need. The most surprised facility is washing machine, you can use it for free, it was super. Totally, this place was not a temporary stay for, there was my house.
