Its my first time travel to KunMing，I highly recommend this hotel. The service is platinum-level, English service is smooth. Beautiful day from breakfast ，our orders was delivered directly to our room by a robot which was very cute！All the snacks bottle waters in the refrigerator are free, and offers delicious Pu'er tea from Yunnan. I rarely leave comments, but this hotel deserves this one. I will definitely book here next time.

Overall my recent stay at Intercontinental Kuming is with absolute satisfactory. Especially I was very happy for the assistance by the Concierge te4am. Mr Smulin was very helpful to me such as buying new air tickets to other city of China and further amendments as well as arrangement for my airport transfer. He was always very active with quick responses, willing to help and did his best. If I was asked, I would give him and his concierge team at Intercontinental Kuming the full score 10 out of 10. Very helpful kind staff despite language barrier. Complementary breakfast, drinking water and dinner for the guests. Variety of options with local food varieties. House keeping everyday. The food market nearby. The location was so central. We could reached important places we wanted to visit very cheaply and easily. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for comfortable stay in Kunming.
