The suggested itinerary comprised all the most beautiful scenery spots in Zhangjiajie and the route was optimized in such a way that we didn't have to stay in queue. The host and his team are very accommodating. The room is comfortable. We recommend.

Our stay at Zhangjiajie Utopia Hotel was exceptional! The service was amazing, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience. Highly recommended for those who is planning to visit Zhangjiajie. Don't worry about the location as it's very convenient to book a Didi to travel around Zhangjiajie. It's common to travel for 20-45mins by Didi from one destination to another in Zhangjiajie as the national parks ate located in different places. The view and facilities of the hotel made us wanted to spend more time in the hotel. The staffs would create a Wechat group upon check in, so that you could request or enquire anything. They are very helpful! It would be a plus point for those who likes dogs and cats too. They even provide free shuttle to airport/train station (they will contact you via Booking.com).

Lovely hotel, the free breakfast was a great help. The owner was a lovely lady who helped us book airport transfer and even helped us book tickets to the glass bridge. She gets a discount too. The location was brilliant. We could walk to the East entrance to Zhangjiajie national forest. We had an amazing stay here and we're sad to say goodbye Wuling town is a treasure.

English speaking staff is a real gem for traveling in China. Firstly, before the trip high up the mountain, they were able to warn us about a sudden snowfall, and we were prepared. Secondly, when it was the day of departure, they warned us about the closure due to road repairs, we planned our trip in advance and caught the plane. in addition, free transfer in the morning to the entrance of the national park

The kindness and thoughtfulness of the host. She gave us valuable advice on how to visit the huge forest park in limited time. Following her suggested routes, we don't have to queue a minute even during the long weekend holiday. Yes, its location might not be close to other area with shops or restaurants, but we had dinners in the homestay for two evenings, and the dishes were great! Besides, the room is clean, and materials served in the homestay were eco friendly. 10/10 recommended.
