The suggested itinerary comprised all the most beautiful scenery spots in Zhangjiajie and the route was optimized in such a way that we didn't have to stay in queue. We stayed for three nights in this hotel to visit Zhangjiajie national park and Grand canyon. The staff was very helpful, gave us tips and a marked map to navigate easily in the park. All the reception ladies are very helpful, they made our trip a lot easier. We had a room on the third floor with a balcony. The room was equipped with all the necessities, housekeeping was everyday. Breakfast was in chinese style. Location is optimal, it's around 15 min. walk from the park entrance. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Mountain side was a fantastic base for our family, friendly staff, quiet and comfortable, away from bright lights and noise to wind down after spending all day out exploring Zhangjiejie National park and Tianmen mountain.
