The location was perfect. Central to everything and in the heart of the beautiful ancient town. The staff were super friendly and went out of their way to ensure that I had a pleasant stay. The view from the window is absolutely breathtaking. Such an exhilarating experience to wake up to.

I did not expect this place to exceed my expectations, from the train station out of the hotel to help me contact the private car to pick me up, arrived at the hotel roadside there is a butler to help me take my luggage back to the hotel, although the room is not large but very stylish and warm. The hotel is located in the ancient city scenic spot, go out for a minute to the ancient street, travel is particularly convenient. Every staff member is warm and kind, and when I have something to ask them, they will be the first to help me solve the problem and make me feel as warm here as my own home, and I strongly recommend it.

Not only did he greet us with a welcoming smile, but he also personally escorted us to the main road to help hail a taxi, ensuring we navigated the area with ease. His thoughtfulness didn’t stop there—as we prepared for a day trip, he surprised us with a bag of complimentary local snacks for our journey, a gesture that added a sweet touch to our adventures. Our room was a sanctuary of cleanliness and comfort. Impeccably tidy, with crisp linens and a minimalist yet inviting design, it offered respite after days of exploration. The standout feature? The powerful air conditioning system, which provided much-needed warmth against Fenghua’s frosty temperatures. We returned each evening to a toasty, cozy room, making the cold outside feel worlds away. Small details elevated the experience: fast Wi-Fi, a quiet ambiance, and a hot water kettle for tea that complemented the snacks. It’s clear the staff prioritizes guest satisfaction, blending practicality with heartfelt hospitality. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. It is located very close to Hongqiao, making it extremely convenient for both business and leisure travelers. The environment is serene and peaceful, offering a relaxing atmosphere after a busy day. The staff is exceptionally friendly and always eager to assist with any needs. They helped me with booking tickets for local attractions and even arranged a private car for me to explore the city. The bed was incredibly comfortable, which made for a restful night’s sleep. Additionally, the hotel is just a short walk from the shuttle service to Qifeng Square, making it easy to get around. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area!

I would highly recommend this hotel. It is just outside the busiest part of Fenghuang ancient town so you don't need to battle the crowds but still 600m from river (the outdoor bath was so relaxing). The staff were truly attentive and helpful, the room spotlessly clean, free laundry service and it has an utterly amazing upper floor with an infinity pool. Great value for money. Small touches like floor lights that lead you to the bathroom at night added an extra touch.

Clean and comfy room, beds were very soft, which is rare in China. Staff spoke fluent English, she was very accommodating and helped us in every step. The night show was incredible. Central location, close to the river and attractions.
