Beautiful hotel with great view! Cozy room, cozy coffeeshop with good quality coffee and food. Staff is super friendly, answer to anything in WeChat in few minutes after request. Location provides an opportunity to access anything around just by walking. Few restaurants and pubs are just in a minute walk as well.

I recently stayed at Echarm Plus in Hangzhou, and it was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome.
