For many years my favorite hotel in Bogotá. This time was everything absolutely perfect. I have to especially highlight the taste of the food in the Mai-Tai restaurant and the pleasant service. Here I see a significant improvement compared to previous years. It is a pleasure to stay at this hotel.

Location was fine on a residential area. The room was outstanding, the Hot tub/jacuzzi worked great and it was all clean and tidy. Breakfast was good. Staff very attentive and accommodating. Great hotel overall.

The staff was exceptionally nice. The breakfast staff even remembered how we like our coffee by the second day. The breakfast buffet and fruit choice was amazing, very varied with something for everyone. The beds were very, very comfortable with good pillows, and I'm picky in that regard. The shower pressure was great with nice, hot water. The room had all facilities and kits you would need. We required a different room, and the reception staff was also very accommodating. Laundry service was also great! I know Bogotá, so for me the location is perfect for what I needed. It's not central per se, but it's a safe and quiet neighbourhood with a great mall on front and lots of nice little vendors and shops around.

A very friendly family run the hotel. They speak English for those guests who do not understand Spanish. The hotel is very clean and my bedroom was large, ensuite, and a very reasonable price. The hotel is close to the airport but it is located in a nice area and a quiet street.

    I always stay at torre acqua, I get a different room each time but they are all similar in design and comfort Really nice beds, really clean, warm shower, good functional kitchen with clean and new cookware, coffee maker, (paid) laundry available, (paid) secure parking, a good gym to use, always stable wifi and nice smart tv. Staff is always friendly. Good price. I look forward to my next visit. Right in Candelaria walking distance to good places, and easy entrance to transmi to go anywhere else.
