There was a clothes drying rack and a couple of chairs outside for sitting. The place was quite clean and the room was spacious. The airconditioning worked very well. It was pretty good and priced similarly. Location was great- walking distance to lots of restaurants but quiet. There is a huge parking lot next door for the ampitheater. The downstairs bar was very popular at night with British expats, but didn't stay loud late. Great views from both balconies. Incredible views from the balconies, lovely to sit there in the evening with a beer and take it all in, and a nice breeze through if you open doors at both ends. Air con was efficient. Very friendly and helpful hosts, one minor problem was fixed immediately. Free parking right next to the hotel. Bar food was excellent and good value. There was free parking. The rooms was spacious, with a balcony and kitchenette and was extremely clean. The customer service was also excellent without being pushy.
