The balcony is very nice, you can see the airplanes and the ocean. It's close to the airport and also the highway is near, some restaurants in walking distance too. It also has a designated parking space. The communication was good, Christos was very helpful all the time. Conveniently located in the outskirts of the city, 9 minutes away from the airport. Has a mini market just downstairs and plenty of parking.
