Great location, truly amazing. 10mins to the central square by foot. River in front with a park, great for a walk. Spacious rooms, spotlessly clean. Professional staff, all is very efficient! Parking space easily reachable next to the building. Great shower pressure, smart TV all you need. Breakfast is small but adequate and all is fresh topped with great coffee!

We spent two nights at Villa Frantisek with my girlfriend and we really appreciated this accommodation!!! Everything is almost new and very clean. We almost didn’t stay here as some reviews were a bit negative but we’re so glad we did. From the outset the staff were lovely and allowed us an early check-in. The room was characterful and huge & the bathroom was beautifully renovated and the big bath was nice to relax in. The bed was full really comfortable. We enjoyed walking around the beautifully manicured gardens and my husband did the castle tour which he found really interesting. We had a lovely dinner at the restaurant and found the prices reasonable, comparable to Pilsen & Prague. The breakfast was also very good, plenty to choose from on the buffet. Easy 45 minute drive to the airport, we were really happy we’d chosen to stay here for a last night in Europe, away from the crowds and somewhere peaceful and welcoming.
