I was looking for a simple place to stay on the road and found this gem. Honestly, this might have been on of the best hotels I’ve been in during my 5 week vacation, especially for that price. So unfortunate that I spent only 13 hours there… A lot of parking, a nice quite terrace to seat and have coffee, spacious rooms, super nice staff

    The room was clean, warm and spacious. The shower had great water pressure and piping-hot, too. Parking is ample. The food in the gasthaus was hearty and tasty! The staff were really friendly, despite my almost complete absence of German language!

    The location was good as we were travelling from Strasbourg to Salzburg. It was pleasant to spend a night in a countryside setting in an unusual hotel. Parking was good and the manager was very welcoming and conversed with us in good English (my German is patchy). The breakfast was reasonable.
