The owner was very hospitable and accomodating and the flat was really nice and peaceful! The city centre is about 40 minutes walking distance away or 4 stops on the tram/metro, so you can very easily get there. There is designated parking spot for the house and the area seems really safe, so no issues parking there!

This property is exceptionally well presented with everything we could have needed for our stay. Located on the second floor of the property we had garden views with roaming rabbits and birds for nature’s entertainment on one side and street views on the other. It easily sleeps 6 adults with the living room doubling up as a third bedroom. Subway station, bars, shops and restaurants are all just a short walk (300 m) away along tree lined streets. This is a wonderful place to stay and our host was very accommodating and kept in touch with us during our stay updating us with relevant information. Many thanks Allesandro.

I had a great stay. The location was perfect, very close to the city center and everything was within walking distance. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, making sure I had everything I needed. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. I would definitely stay here again.

    The hotel location is ideal for connection to city center (main train station) and the Messe both the normal train and the underground train. At first I got one of the few rooms without cooling, but was transferred to a room with airconditioning, which was excellent for the summer heat. The staff were friendly and helpful, also with the car parking, which was a bit odd at first going into an underground parking by elevator.

    Had a room with a view of the lake, that was very pleasant. Location was good for us and it had a car park. Street parking was very difficult to come by, so the car park was helpfull.
