The property is great. Right in front of (and with a view) the amazing Werbellinsee. The kitchen has all that is necessary. The place has a good space and you also have free car parking. On the same building, there is an Italian restaurant and a place to rent solar boats (which you can drive yourself). I had great experiences on both services and can recommend. By walking distance, there is a place where you can swim. You can also find supermarkets 5 min distance by car. The internet is great! No problems at all. Kai was a great host. My german is not great, but he had patience, showed everything, and explained me all in details, repeating when I was not understanding 😄

We arrived late, but there were no issues with check-in thanks to the clear instructions provided by the host. The spacious apartment has an amazing original interior and plenty of live plants. It features a large fridge, stove, oven, toaster, blender, and lots of beautiful dishes and utensils, as well as a hairdryer. In the kitchen, there’s also a good supply of coffee and tea, oils, and spices. The bedroom has a very wide bed with comfortable pillows, a mattress, and clean linens. The hosts even provided a shoehorn. There’s a private terrace and a green yard with loungers and barbecue equipment. You can park your car on the street, and there’s plenty of space. We really enjoyed it; it’s a magnificent place. Would we return? Yes, definitely.

Perfect stop on our way to Rügen. Beautiful garden with blooming rhododendrons, full of herbs and several seating areas. Cozy and well-equipped apartment, you will find everything here for perfect comfort. Karin and her husband were very nice and accommodating. Thank you, we enjoyed it very much.

    The parking place is easily accessible and usable. We liked the playground for children. The fact that this is a self-standing spacious house is also nice. Despite the apartment was somewhat cold on our arrival (19 °C), the available heating was able to heat it up to comfortable temperature quickly, which we appreciated.

    We were running about an hour late due to traffic and I contacted Kai and he met us at the property. He brought us to our room and showed us what was in the rental. He explained where everything is including the washer and dryer on the first floor and took us to the parking area to park our car.
