New facility an very good restaurant

Our stay was truly wonderful. The level of cleanliness was impeccable and the staff was incredibly helpful throughout our visit. The breakfast offerings were absolutely exceptional, further enhancing our exceptional experience.

An absolutely fantastic hotel in an old, beautiful building in the middle of the small village. The building is tastefully renovated with nice, spacious, clean rooms and pleasant common areas. Super nice and friendly staff. The breakfast is good and rich. We had a very good dinner at the restaurant just a short walk from the hotel.

The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The room was equipped with everything we needed. Very tasty breakfasts. And of course the location of the hotel is in the short distance to lots of local attractions.

of course, the incredibly varied breakfast - together in a family atmosphere! The landlady looked after the guests in a very friendly manner. It was always an interesting and fun start into the day. The location is perfect, close to the river with the Elbe cycle path in front of the house. Only a 15 min walk to the train station heading to Dresden, 25 min walk to the romantic places of Meissen.

We loved the building itself, a lovely little castle. Its location at the very end of the peninsula between three rivers is wonderful.

I absolutely loved my stay at Jaumann’s Sudwind Sylt. The accommodation was very tastefully decorated with a great attention to detail. It had a lovely garden to relax in which you could use at anytime. The breakfasts were delicious and different each day. But above all all of the staff were very friendly and helpful and Gerrit and Elisa went above and beyond. And the island of Sylt is magical. I hired an electric bike which enabled me to see the whole island.

one of my best hotel experiences. I understand how hard it is to maintain a hotel, let along in a historical building. The check in process was a big surprise, staff welcomed us so friendly and attentively, even when we check in very late, all the details inside the room, nice and warm, great view on balcony, the beautiful room key, heart warming welcome letter, spotless bathroom, well selected amenities(love the homemade shower gel), I felt like stepped into centuries ago. The moment I stepped on the staircase made me realized how fragile and precious this place is, it's a privilege to have the opportunity to stay here. The breakfast is tiniest yet the best that I ever had, food are fresh and well made, food counter is nicely displayed with the generous variation of food and drinks. I personally love the dining area, where gave me a peace of mind, I spent 2 hours having breakfast and enjoyed it every much. Also, there's a most beautiful smoking room in Germany, next to the most beautiful lady's room in the fireplace area. I will love to come again in spring to enjoy the castle garden, where is a hidden gem of this hotel. Photos can be spoilers for this castle hotel, just go and experience it. You will love it like I do.

Silvia is an amazing host, she put thought into every detail to make her guesthouse warm and welcoming. Indeed we had a everything we needed in our room. Everything was clean, the shower and bath were awesome. Silvia made sure we had what we needed on a daily basis and also recommended the most beautiful hiking trail. We had a fabulous time!

A delightful stay at a charming hotel! Everything gleamed with cleanliness, and the cheerful staff made us feel right at home. The breakfasts were a true treat for the taste buds. We will definitely return with a smile on our faces!
