Easy check in/out with a key box. Clean beds and pillows. Clean bathroom and shower with enough towels. The apartment has a small kitchen equipped with a fridge and a coffee machine. The kitchen has everything you need for a short stay. There's even a mini-bar with very reasonable prices. Calm area during the night. Plus, the owner responds to messages promptly.
