Great hotel, very clean and comfortable and was given a free upgrade to a better room which was very nice! Staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel is a bit outside of the city center, it takes about 25-30 minutes to get there including a 10-15 minute walk to the station. However the location is nice and quiet and felt safe to walk through, even at night.

Location is perfect. All interaction with the staff prior to arrival and during the stay was excellent, they consistently and efficiently managed everything. The room was lovely and I asked for a soft topper on the bed and feather pillows (I like a soft bed) and this was done without question. I changed rooms during the booking and this was also managed so well, no waiting and the staff made sure the rooms were next to each other to make it easier for me. It was an outstanding stay!

The reception staff are amazing. The rooms are very clean and comfortable The hotel is very close to all types of transportation, including buses, metro, and trams. My experience at this hotel was wonderful, and I will never forget the smiles of the receptionists. They were all wonderful and helpful, without exception.

Absolutely loved the Gästehaus Englischer Garten! From the location, the beauty of the surroundings, the room (super comfortable bed, too!), the decor, to how at home the owner, Selçuk made us feel; I cannot say enough great things! We stayed in the 'family' room on the top floor, and it is plenty big for a family with two kids, a couple, or two friends on holiday.

    I liked the overall look and feel of the hotel and room, modern and clean. I had a very quiet room. Breakfast was really excellent. I was able to store my electric bike in the underground car park but parked my car just on the street to save myself the €12 per night parking fee (July 2024). There's plenty of free street parking around the hotel. All the staff I encountered were friendly and tried to really look after you. An excellent experience.

    A very comfortable hotel. We slept here on our way to Croatia, only a short detour from the motorway. There's free parking on a parking lot around the hotel (underground parking is also possible for a fee). Our room was spacious and very clean. The possibility for a late night check in was very handy. A pretty standard but good breakfast.
