Loved this little quaint hotel in the quiet and beautiful village. Beds were lovely, so clean everywhere. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. If you are going to the hustle and bustle of Oktoberfest, this is a great option, we drove to Oktoberfest easily. A lovely Italian restaurant in town and a lovely cafe, all within a very short walking distance.

We had a wonderful stay at Gästehaus Eicherhof. The house is brand new and spotlessly clean. The room was equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Located right next to a beautifully maintained Bauernhof, we enjoyed the peaceful touch of Bavarian nature. From the room, we enjoyed overlooking a charming artificial lake with the Alps visible in the distance — a stunning view to wake up to. The owners are very friendly!

I did rate the hotel at highest rate because of the exceptional service provided when Munich airport closed down because of heavy snowfall. I arrived literally in the middle of the night in Erding from an overcrowded, no available taxi, Munich airport. I was left by the bus at 5 km distance. I called the reception and the manager was very kind to come and pick me up, in the middle of the night, through snow and bad weather. I was really impressed!
