The Omi Anni apartment is in the centre of the old town in Schlitz and situated in a half-timber house. We visited for a couple days with our family during the summer and there was plenty of room for the kids to play in the quite large and unique flat. Friederike was great in giving us instructions for our stay and even helped send back our daughters security blanket which we had unfortunately forgotten in the rush of leaving the last day.

We use the hotel as a stop on the way from Denmark to Switzerland. The hotel is situated in a small town in the old center. There is no dinner restaurant on the hotel but 5 minutes was to Brastübchen which is really good. Also a quiet walk in the old city center after a long day of driving is really nice. Also book the room with breakfast which is good, large and plentiful. It is cheaper to book incl. breakfast than to buy it in the hotel.

    Fantastic stay in a great location within castle walls. Hotel has been extensively modernised, room was very clean and staff helpful. Breakfast offers something for absolutely everyone. Parking is right outside (at a charge) and restaurants are near by. This is a must stay when in the area!

    Owner managed. Owner on site and under control. Lot of nice design features fitting nicely into the historical atmosphere. Breakfast wit a big choice for everybody. Right in the middle of town with internal parking.

    The hotel is located in a historical town, the surroundings are picturesque, parking near hotel available. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. The hostess was also very friendly and helped us reserve a nearby Restaurant and give information about the surroundings.
