An amazing hotel next to the river. The room was clean and tidy. We had the number 1 room for 3 people . It was a big room with 3 windows with an amazing view (the front rooms have also a small balcony to sit outside) The breakfast was nice and the owner also suggested if one day had to leave early to prepare our breakfast for take away.

For those who are looking for relaxing quiet place in Aswan, I can strongly recommend this guest house, managed by Omar – Wonderful host!! 1) Hospitality Omar is a man who really cares about the guest, provides wide range of service based on our requests, which was extremely helpful. (late night boat arrival, early morning transportation/sandwich, etc.) The outstanding uniqueness is - He never pushed his own desire to us, he just quickly supported us, when we faced some issues. For a Foreigner, this may be a very rare communication experience in Egypt. (Negotiating with the local people sometimes happen to be very stressful..) 2) Delicious Omar is an excellent cook, his cuisine shows a great local atmosphere. Relaxing breakfast and dinner (option) on the roof top was something which added high value to our vacation. 3) Relaxing Isolated island from the city, quiet atmosphere, warm Nubian people, Ferry on the Nile river experience, etc, great place to relax. (hopefully without wifi – connection was perfect)

We enjoyed our stay at Nuba Heart. Everything was great. But, the highlight for us was Tamer, the hotel owner. Tamer is a real example of Nubian kindness. He was very helpful to us and made everything possible to make our stay comfortable. He also helped us organize our activities with the best prices, you can count on him to help you organize your trip and anything you'll need. Tamer is Number one in Aswan!

The staffs were all nice. They recommended one driver for us, and he was really an excellent driver. He doesn’t speak English that much but he was very polite and understands well about our needs. The staff who we contacted was really kind and try to give us the best experience all the time so the places such as restaurants were also pretty good and wherever we went by his recommendation we just had so good experiences. The view from the guest house was also so nice and getting the guest house by boat was also so nice. The manager didn’t push us about paying the charge quickly and we had really good time there.

This is really nice location next to Nubian village. The houses, rooms and everything within the hotel area is so nicely painted. It is clean and the staff is very polite being there for you. The hotel has different locations where you can sit and enjoy your free time. We tried some delicious food and drinks in their restaurant. The breakfast was good with a beautiful view over the Nile river. Also, the night and morning walk around the hotel offers you some good options for shopping or just wandering around narrow streets full of life. Would absolutely come back.

Everything. The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. Very accomodating since we had to get breakfast packed because of early visits. The food was fantastic which we could order on site. We stayed in several places during our travels through Egypt and by far Habib was the best host one can have. Our train was delayed and he let us check in later. He told us the best and cheapest option to explore Abu Simbel. Breakfast, food and the staff was amazing! And at the end he sent our bags to the ferry since we were in rush... Again! Thank you very much for this great hospitality

    Best value in Aswan if not Egypt. Opted for a Tent with Futon on the roof, which provided a wonderful view of the Nile and southern section of Elephant island . Very good breakfast and ample parking . Its a 15/20 minute walk to the Nile and Souk area of Aswan.

    The hotel is on the island, opposite the pier near KFC. The one-way ferry fee is 10P per person in peak season. Our car was parked in the parking lot near KFC, and there were often no parking spaces at night. The house itself is clean and tidy and the staff are friendly.
