Its a very nice place that exceeded our expectations. The reception staff and the manager Mr. Maged were very cheerful and respectful. They allowed us early check in and late check out. That was a nice detail. The pool is big and clean, rooms are really comfortable and with lots of space. Surely we will be back!

I highly recommend this place. The chalet is modern and clean, with all the necessary cleaning supplies and kitchen utensils. There is direct access to the sea with an uncrowded private beach exclusively for guests, as well as access to swimming pools. Outside the hotel, you can find food outlets and a hypermarket. In general, food and taxi prices are very cheap. There are also dessert shops, such as Sami Salem, offering delicious specialty sweets.

Exceptional location, literally at the very cross-roads of Africa and Asia, and the very cross-roads of the Mediterranean and the Suez Canal. This spacious apartment have a breathtaking view. All the rooms overlook the sea, the fishing marina of Port-Said, and ships passing through the canal. It is in the middle of a busy cafes district with a busy nightlife. You are steps away from the historical pedestarian street stretching between the tip of the canal and the ferry point to Port Fouad. This is one of the cleanest holiday stays I have ever been too. Furniture is new, kitchen equipment new and clean, three bathrooms and a panoramic views in each bedroom.

the hotel is very quiet and clean, the area around swimming pool is very spacious and comfortable, it was also perfect for seating at night. staff are vet friendly and helpful. special thanks to Reception staff, he was very friendly and cooperative during check in and at the next day another gentleman from reception assisted me in a change to the reservation which was done very smoothly and professionally. the general atmosphere of the hotel is cool, relaxing and comfort. the beach is under enhancement but still can be used.

The place was perfect and the staff was kind and helpful. Due to Ramadan there wasn't a open buffet for breakfast,however they made plates with salad,bread,eggs,yogurt,butter,jam,luncheons etc, so whoever wasn't fasting could have indeed something to eat. They also offered a cocktail juice made of fruits and it was really nice! I recommend this place.

Date of Stay November 27th 2022 We checked in to the hotel and were upgraded by Mr Ehab the hotel manager to a suite on the third floor with a large balcony directly overlooking the entrance to the Suez Canal Stunning views from this balcony and the bedroom window of all the ships entering or leaving the canal - including the arrival of a luxury cruise ship moored directly below the hotel. Separate living room and bedroom were very comfortable and well-equipped and room service was prompt and efficient. Excellent buffet breakfast in restaurant and friendly and helpful service at reception and throughout hotel. Our only problem was that we were staying for only one night. Thanks to the management and staff for making our stay so memorable.
