Superb Guest House at the Elephantile island in a Nubian village setting, across the Ferry from KFC,10 mts, then 10 mts walk, Modern rooms, very clean, superb garden setting, great wall nubian paintings, magical terrace sit out, all very colourfully lit. since no vehicles of any type, very quiet. big room tastefully furnished, powerfull shower. booked group Van tour with the Guest house for Abu Simbel. Best part of our stay, two dinners & one lunch we had at King Jamaica restaurant, on River, where the jetty lands for the island ie 10 mts walk. superb Nile views, great Fish & succulent beef meals. No alchohol, value for money, great music.

I am a regular customer of this hotel I have been at this hotel also a couple of times in the past and I always choose this hotel in Aswan because if it's great location. Certainly! Here’s a rephrased version of your text: "This time, I was thrilled to stay in a room on the fifth floor in the renovated section of the hotel. The room was brand new, and I was delighted with the updated facilities. Lovely location right on the Nile and in the center of the lovely Nubian village. Our room was large and spacious and the balcony looking over the Nile was superb. It was so nice to relax there with a coffee and watch the activity.on the river. Samir the manager is very kind and helpful. The first night there was a storm and he prepared food for us to eat in our room. The second night we ate in the restaurant and the food was delicious. Upon arrival we were offered a welcome drink and our Abu Simbel trip was well organised with breakfast to take with us ( and beautiful). Internet at this hotel was the best we had in our entire 14 day stay travelling in Egypt . This is a charming little hotel , beautiful traditional decor, great staff. We would stay again

Everything was amazing, I loved the location as it is close to everywhere you can go to the Aswan center by a felucca (it’s faster and accessible all day along) … When you’re in Nuba live like the Nubians 😊 P.S. it was actually pet friendly, our cat enjoyed his time 😻

We had the most wonderful stay at Airkela! The rooms are clean and nicely decorated in Nubian style. You stay on Elephantine island, away from the busy city but so easy to cross. The staff was so helpful and nice. Special thanks to Abdullah for his hospitality and helping us to get around! They offer local tours and can arrange everything you ask for. Would highly recommend!

The room is big, clean and the view from our balcony is amazing. Home made breakfast is good. The owner and staffs were so kind, they had good arrangement for us to visit the Temple and travel to another City. We felt so warm.

We arrived at 2 am and our host made sure we installed ourselves in the room. Breakfast takes place at another Nubian village (transportation was included) right on the Nile, one of the best views I could have asked for. We had to meet our guide at the other side of Aswan and the port to take the local ferry is just a couple of minutes away. Habibs place (and also his sister property) were amazing.

It is a well appointed apartment with stunning views. Abdul is a smart, courteous young man who made our stay very pleasant. He met us at the Aswan pier (Koti side) and took us on a short scenic boat ride to the island, and escorted us to our room, and he carried our bags. Abdul gave us a welcome drink and gave a comprehensive orientation about the island and nubian history. He dropped us back at 6 AM when we checked out. All this was done with the sweetest smile and high competence. Mohamed, the owner welcomed us warmly and supplied the kitchen equipment we needed. He made us feel at home. We wish Abdul and Mohamed the very best and hope this island resort does great business.
