Oh my goodness - what an amazing place! We were surprised by an upgrade to the Royal Suite, which was fabulous and had an excellent view!! Lots of swimming pools, beach access easy, lots of loungers (although some hogging was observed). Food wonderful, service excellent. Beds massive and comfy. Awesome blackout curtains and quiet air conditioning. Lunchbox when we left was a pleasant surprise. We had such a fantastic time, and wished we could have stayed longer than we did! Highly recommend, and would definitely stay here again if we’re ever back at the Red Sea.

We would like to sincerely thank Mr. Ahmed and his team for taking such amazing care of us during our stay. They solved every problem quickly and were always helpful and friendly. The food at the hotel was delicious, the accommodation was comfortable, and the air conditioning was sufficient. Throughout our stay, all the staff constantly asked if we were doing well or if we needed anything, which made us feel truly cared for. I am a regular at pick-albatross hotels (Sharm el sheik, Marrakech) This one in abou-soma is my first visit. Of course it's in the middle of nowhere, but it's clearly marked when you go to google maps. For me this hotel is perfect in every way. The Room with balconny and sea view ,the food, the sea, the reef, the coffee corner (colombus), the swimming pool. The staff is very professional and always smiling and available for whatever you need. Special thanks to Mr. Domadius and Mr. Shaban.

Resort gives you many choices of restaurants, activities, pools and the beach. Very friendly and helpful staff, especially mr. Abd from reception. Everytime they see you, they ask you do you need something and is it everything okay. Compared with other places in Egypt, they speak really good English and some of them even know some Croatian frazes. Beds are big and comfortable, also they have lot of variety food.

So light , bright and modern. It’s lovely to see the palm trees through the shower glass ceiling. The bungalows are right on the beach. Sunrise on one side, sunset on the other. So remarkably peaceful. A private beach with no sales people allowed to bother you and a private pool for lodge users too. If you have kids, there is a larger pool and water slide further along the complex. The restaurant offers a wide variety of food and is quiet and civilised and is located on the beach next to the diving centre where I learned to scuba dive. The staff here are always lovely, friendly and professional. It’s worth taking time to visit the spa where professionally trained staff offer a variety of treatments. Sit on your own little terrace, or at the restaurant and bar or on the beach. I keep returning here. I love it.
