The metro is in a two-minute walk distance, and there is a taxi stop nearby. You can reach the Guggenheim or Palacio Euskalduna on foot. The neighbourhodd looked quite safe. The room is very clean and modern. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good. A huge underground parking lot is connected to the hotel. Though I paid about 29 euros for two days.
